Ving Tsun is a close-range fighting art, with Shaolin roots. It was the first major art Bruce Lee learned, and was the foundation for Jeet Kune Do. This session will go through Siu Nim Tao, Chum Kyu, Biu Jee, and Toy Ma, as time permits.
